Build and manage the customer advocacy program, including reference management and case study production Identify and develop relationships with customer advocates to enhance marketing programs Track and report on advocacy program KPIs and build advocate recognition programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 4+ years of experience in customer marketing or customer advocacy in a B2B technology environment Proven ability to produce customer case studies and testimonials Experience managing peer review platform programs Strong relationship-building skills to maintain advocate engagement
