Key Responsibilities
Engage with active insurance shoppers through various communication channels in a remote call center environment Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales strategy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must have an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license Experience in a sales environment, preferably in insurance Ability to work independently in a remote setting Familiarity with consultative sales techniques Motivated to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
