Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction Translate business questions into data analysis projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R Experience in applying AI tools strategically in analytics processes
