A company is looking for a Member Outreach Specialist, D2Me (Bilingual - Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 70+ outbound calls/SMS daily to educate members on clinical programs and screenings Utilize data and technology to identify member needs, resolve inquiries, and schedule medical appointments Consistently meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining accurate system documentation
Required Qualifications and Experience
1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-serving role; healthcare experience preferred Proven success in fast-paced environments with strong time management skills Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and oral Proficient in digital platforms and internal systems Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
