A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Specialist to join their Forensic Post Purchase Team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Notices of Findings and requests for missing documentation from regulatory bodies Log documentation issues in the mortgage servicing hub and assign tasks to team members Coordinate the review and correction of Note and Mortgage documents for compliance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in post-purchase review, loss mitigation, or mortgage processing Knowledge of HUD, VA, investor, and bond-agency documentation requirements Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
