Key Responsibilities
Analyze applicant information to determine qualification for loan programs Assist customers with financial objectives and take initial loan applications Ensure timely return of required documents and compliance with sales processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience NMLS/SAFE license or ability to be licensed without retaking the SAFE exam Strong knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines Ability to work with mathematical concepts relevant to the position
