Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and manage real estate documents for healthcare facilities Prepare governance documents and maintain corporate records for corporate entities Support corporate transactions and due diligence processes related to mergers and acquisitions
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of paralegal experience in corporate and real estate legal environments, preferably in healthcare Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and operational practices Ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment Experience drafting and negotiating real estate documents for healthcare facilities Paralegal certificate or equivalent education preferred
