A company is looking for a Senior Director, Oncology Pharmacology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead scientific teams on oncology assets from discovery to regulatory approval Design and execute experiments to evaluate efficacy, tolerability, and mechanisms of action Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external partnerships to support nonclinical studies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Ph.D. in biology, biochemistry, immunology, pharmacology, or a related discipline Experience leading early oncology programs and developing nonclinical models Deep expertise in oncology drug development and immuno-oncology Proven experience managing complex pharmacology programs across various drug modalities Direct people management experience, including mentorship and leadership of scientific teams
