Empire Home Remodeling is growing fast, and we're looking for energetic, enthusiastic, goal-focused individuals to join our Event Team. In this role, you'll engage directly with homeowners, introduce them to our services, and offer free, no-obligation appointments with our design consultants.

This position is perfect for someone who loves face-to-face interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build genuine rapport with potential customers.

Essential Functions

• Memorize and confidently deliver approved scripts and statements
• Attend local events to introduce Empire Home Remodeling products to potential and existing customers
• Gather contact information from leads for follow-up
• Answer questions and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
• Work a flexible schedule, including early evenings and weekends
• Travel within a regional territory established by Empire Home Remodeling

• Great communicator: Clear, persuasive, and confident in one-on-one conversations
• Driven: Strong work ethic and a self-starter mentality
• People-focused: Outgoing, personable, and able to build rapport quickly
• Team-oriented: Thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment

Pay

• $15 - $20 per hour + incentives
• High performers can earn upwards of $50 per hour when hitting incentive goals
