Process insurance or membership related documents involving general problem resolution, communication or similar situations which require a thorough knowledge of work processes, policies, procedures, systems and the organization.
Responsibilities
Process work requiring review, correction, completion, coding, calculations, reconciliation, data entry or filing.
Identify and correct errors in accuracy, completeness, or authorization.
Initiate transactions which result in monetary, coverage, and entitlement changes.
Enter and retrieve data on computer terminals and may utilize automated systems.
Answer or make telephone, written, or in person inquiries, receiving or providing information and resolving routine problems.
Coordinate regular work or problem solving activities with other areas as needed.
Protect the confidentiality of information.
Qualifications
High School GED
1-3 years Business transaction processing.
