Key Responsibilities
Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments daily Quickly ideate and produce reactive, brand-appropriate content Create and deliver trend-based videos on tight turnaround times
Required Qualifications
Proven experience creating native TikTok content Strong understanding of TikTok culture, humor, pacing, and trends Experience with performance-driven creative or creator-style UGC Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, and/or Adobe Suite
