Key Responsibilities
Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers while fostering a collaborative design culture Contribute to design strategy and partner with UX researchers to enhance digital experiences Create visually impactful designs and ensure consistency across platforms while collaborating with development teams
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in designing digital experiences for enterprise-level organizations Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent experience Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Experience with Content Management Systems and brand management systems Strong understanding of design systems, UX best practices, and responsive design principles
