Head of Creator Community & Growth

- You are not just a community manager; you are a "Tasteful Hustler," a Cyber-Scout, and our very first Power User. This is a rare 0-to-1 opportunity. You will wear three hats:
- The AI Director: You will use our internal tools to generate the first jaw-dropping AI video content to prove the platform's capability.
- The BD Hustler: You will leverage those videos to pitch, poach, and onboard top-tier creators from platforms
- The Growth Hacker: You will design the high-conversion traffic funnels on Reddit, X, and TikTok to drive our first 10,000 paying users.
What You’ll Do:
- Content Seeding (The Cold Start): Dive into our AI tools (ComfyUI, RunPod) to generate high-quality, tasteful, and immersive video demos. You will be "Creator Zero."
- Creator Acquisition: Actively scout and reach out to top AI virtual model agencies (on X/Instagram), Civitai model trainers.
- Pitch & Close: Conduct discovery calls, understand their monetization pain points (e.g., content burnout, paywall conversions), and convince them to launch their interactive "AI Twins" exclusively on our platform with our VIP revenue-share program.
- Community Building: Build and manage our early creator community (Discord). Gather product feedback to directly influence our engineering roadmap.
- Growth Strategy: Architect viral loops and referral programs. Guide creators on how to market their profile links on mainstream social media to maximize their PPV (Pay-Per-View) revenue.
Who You Are:
- Creator Economy Native: You have direct experience working at, or extensively with, or top-tier creator management agencies. You know exactly how creators monetize and what frustrates them.
- Aesthetic & Taste: You have a sharp eye for high-quality, cinematic visual content. You understand the difference between cheap engagement bait and highly profitable, premium exclusive content.
- AI Enthusiast: You don't need to write code, but you must be a "Power User." You should be comfortable with (or eager to master) tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and ComfyUI.
- Exceptional Communicator: Native-level English. You can smoothly transition from talking about GPU compute limits with a tech geek to discussing PPV pricing strategies with a top-0.1% creator.
- Self-Starter: You thrive in chaos, don't need micro-management, and are obsessed with getting things done.
Bonus Points
- Existing Rolodex (contact list) of top OF/Fanvue creators or AI model agencies.
- Experience building a Discord community from 0 to 10k+ members.
- A deep understanding of the Reddit ecosystem and how to drive organic traffic to paywalled content.
