Kinara Group is supporting a high-growth organisation operating at the forefront of real‑world data, AI‑driven insights and outcomes‑focused healthcare analytics.

We’re hiring a Senior Director of Business Development to drive strategic growth across global pharma and biotech organisations.

The Role

This is a senior commercial position with a global remit, focused on building strategic partnerships and driving revenue across data, analytics and evidence‑generation solutions.

You will engage with senior stakeholders across North America, Europe and APAC to support clinical development, market access and real‑world evidence strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business across global pharma and biotech accounts
• Build and expand strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders internationally
• Position real‑world data and analytics solutions into clinical, medical and commercial teams
• Identify new market opportunities across RWE, outcomes and AI‑driven insights
• Collaborate with product and scientific teams on global solution positioning
• Own pipeline development, forecasting and revenue growth across regions

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience in global business development within real‑world data, healthcare analytics or life sciences software
• Strong relationships across international pharma and biotech organisations
• Experience selling into clinical development, HEOR, market access or medical functions
• Track record of closing complex, multi‑region deals
• Strategic mindset with ability to operate at senior stakeholder level
