Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Santa Ana, CA, with some remote work flexibility, for a Hospitality Sales Director. The selected candidate will lead sales strategies to expand our client base, oversee sales operations, and build strong customer relationships within the hotel and motel industries. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, driving client engagement, managing a team of sales professionals, and collaborating with internal departments to meet organizational goals. The Hospitality Sales Director will also nurture partnerships and maximize revenue through a consultative sales approach.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Business Development, including direct client acquisition and identifying growth opportunities
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and Customer Service, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional client satisfaction
- Strong Team Management skills, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially hotel and motel furniture or FF&E projects, is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and oversee project implementation
