About the role
We’re looking for a high‑agency growth intern who knows how to make things happen on campus. This role is for someone who loves outreach, partnerships, events, and turning conversations into real traction.
What you’ll do
- Reach out to career centers, student clubs, and campus communities
- Organize workshops, webinars, and student events
- Build and manage partnership pipelines with universities and student organizations
- Drive attendance, follow‑ups, and post‑event conversion
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and campus activations
- Help grow awareness and top‑of‑funnel demand through execution and hustle
Growth path
- This role starts as an unpaid internship
- Strong performers can be converted into a paid position once KPI targets are consistently met
Requirements
- Current or former student club leader strongly preferred
- Confident, proactive, and highly execution‑focused
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow‑up, and partnership building
- Clear path to a paid internship based on performance
- Direct founder mentorship and career coaching
- Real ownership over projects and measurable outcomes
- Access to startup and AI events in San Francisco
- Strong resume and portfolio‑building experience
- Networking exposure to founders, operators, and AI professionals
