POSITION TITLE: Outside Sales Representative
REPORTS TO: General Manager
DEPARTMENT: Sales
POSITION SUMMARY: Establishes new accounts and maintains relationships with existing
customers in efforts to grow sales.
Essential Job Functions:
- Establish new customer accounts through networking, cold-calling, referrals, and office generated leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our existing customer base.
- Communicate effectively with shop team to ensure 100% follow-through and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong tire and service knowledge to educate and provide recommendations to customers.
- Continually strive to drive sales.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, negotiation and communication skills.
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1-2 Years of successful sales experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the automotive service market.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Great attitude
- Valid Drivers Licensee
Compensation details: 1-1 Yearly Salary
