The Account Executive sells Axonify’s Frontline Enablement platform to enterprise-level clients, penetrating new markets and establishing new named accounts while using Axonify’s sales methodology. Success means effectively managing lead flow (self-generated and inbound), creating a buy vision, articulating a compelling value proposition, and navigating complex decision-making processes.
We’re expanding our team and seeking Enterprise Account Executives located in Texas or California to drive growth in those regions.
The impact you’ll have:
Manage opportunities from qualification to close within large, complex enterprise-sized organizations
Navigate to decision makers and build business cases illustrating ROI to drive opportunities
Identify and address potential red flags in the buying processes of large organizations
Develop effective territory strategy to ensure prospecting coverage and pipeline generation
Challenge the status quo and drive adoption of new learning approaches
Own the relationship through the entire sales process, coordinating with internal resources as needed
Leverage modern sales tools and social media to connect with target accounts
Present and demonstrate the Axonify solution onsite or remotely as appropriate
Collaborate with marketing to grow pipeline through targeted outbound strategies
Provide guidance to junior sales team members
Create proposals and quotations and lead RFP processes for prospects
Track activities in Salesforce and partner with leadership on a sales growth plan
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training and networking
Manage negotiation and contract processes for deals over $500,000
Develop deep understanding of the Axonify platform to inform sales efforts
Collaborate with internal experts on campaigns, events, and referrals
What you'll bring 5+ years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS to enterprise clients; experience with eLearning or frontline-focused solutions is a plus
Technical solution expertise with strong business acumen, pipeline growth, and management
Ability to persuade, gain support, and plan ahead for sales activities
Effective presentation skills and clear value proposition communication
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Experience prospecting, developing client relationships, and negotiating complex, custom deals through to close
Experience managing activities in Salesforce and collaborating with leadership on growth planning
Territory management experience
Willingness to travel to customer locations within North America up to 25%

Work location Axonify supports a hybrid-flexible work environment. Choose the location that best supports your day-to-day needs, whether that’s your home office or one of our offices in Waterloo or Toronto, Ontario. Wednesdays are optional in-office for those within commutable distance, to foster collaboration and innovation. If you’re outside a commutable distance, remote work is supported.
