Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of customer-facing responsibilities across multiple platforms including phone, email, and social media. Strong computer skills and experience using SAP and Microsoft Office are essential. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Handle incoming calls and verify customer account information. Assist with account upgrades, cancellations, and information updates. Support order placement, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Provide product and company information clearly and professionally. Process payment and billing information securely and accurately. Answer questions about warranties, terms of sale, and company policies. Suggest alternatives or solutions when products malfunction. Communicate product recalls or changes in policies effectively. Inform customers of ongoing deals, promotions, and upgrades. Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure excellent service delivery. Document and maintain customer records and interactions. Compile reports on customer satisfaction and call resolution metrics. Handle high call volumes using computer systems and scripts where necessary. Follow-up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction. Required Qualifications Associate degree (2-year) required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and general computer systems. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. A customer-first attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a high-volume customer service or contact center environment. Familiarity with CRM systems or order processing platforms. Education: Bachelors Degree
