As a Salesforce
Business Analyst , you will be part of a team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions to our clients. Our Salesforce Business Analyst is key in identifying and analyzing business needs, assessing potential solutions, and facilitating communications between various stakeholders. They are responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project’s objectives and constraints.
Key roles and responsibilities include
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of the project’s objectives, scope, and limitations
Prepare comprehensive documentation, such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process diagrams, and wireframes
Engage proactively with clients to confirm and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations
Foster effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant parties to ensure requirements are understood, and potential issues are addressed promptly
Participate in key client meetings, including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
Requirements
Experience using
Salesforce
or similar CRM products
to develop client or business solutions
Proven
2+ years experience as a Business Analyst
or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions
Detail‑oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, facilitate meetings, and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and software development life cycle
Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
Knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools
Experienced in creating requirements documentation, such as User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, Software Version Release Date
Experience creating various behavioral and structural diagrams
Familiarity with UML, BPMN notation
Experienced with prototyping/wireframing in Figma, Balsamiq
Must have a bachelor’s degree completed
Preferred Experience and Skills
Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service, or Community) will be beneficial International Business Analysis Certification
Technical Background or QA experience
Understanding of key UI/UX principles
