Position Overview This role will lead Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement efforts across the organization.

You’ll work cross‑functionally with leadership, engineering, operations, and suppliers to elevate systems, reduce defects, improve processes, and drive a culture of accountability and performance.

This is a high‑impact role with visibility to leadership and influence across the entire operation.

Key Responsibilities Quality

Build, implement, and continuously improve company‑wide quality systems and documentation

Partner with engineering, production, product development, and suppliers to embed quality across the product lifecycle

Analyze quality data, identify trends, and present insights and improvement opportunities to leadership

Establish and track quality metrics for products, processes, and vendors

Lead corrective action processes and disposition of non‑conforming materials

Ensure customer requirements and standards are consistently met

Train and coach teams on quality standards and best practices

Conduct inspections of raw materials, in‑process work, and finished goods

Safety

Support development and execution of workplace health and safety programs

Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards

Assist in audits, incident investigations, and workers’ compensation processes

Identify risks and recommend preventative measures

Coordinate third‑party safety training programs

Track and improve safety metrics

Continuous Improvement

Drive initiatives aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC)

Lead lean initiatives including process mapping, Kaizen, and 5S

Partner cross‑functionally to identify efficiency gains and cost‑saving opportunities

Serve as a change agent across the organization

Required Skills & Experience Quality

Experience in a Quality Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and manufacturing processes

Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities

Experience working cross‑functionally in a manufacturing environment

Safety

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance

Experience with safety programs, reporting, and risk assessment

Continuous Improvement

Experience leading CI initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)

Process mapping and workflow optimization experience

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

3+ years in a quality leadership role

Experience in manufacturing environments

Exposure to continuous improvement and safety responsibilities

Experience in EOS or similar operating systems is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $100,000 – $120,000, depending on experience
