Each year, we perform over 84 million locates for more than 1,400 telecommunications, electric, gas, water, and sewer utilities and municipalities nationwide. Our commitment to safety and quality drives our mission to protect our partners' infrastructure and essential assets.

In this role, you will work independently in the field, utilizing a company-provided vehicle, best-in-class technology, and advanced ticket management systems to deliver efficient and thorough service.

Responsibilities

Safely and accurately locate underground utilities such as telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems.

Conduct thorough searches for underground utilities in designated areas, marking their locations and completing necessary documentation while capturing photos of each locate.

This position is full-time and primarily during the daytime, but flexibility for overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call duties is necessary based on business needs.

Qualifications

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions; prior outdoor experience is a plus.

Basic computer skills.

Availability for overtime, weekend, and on‑call shifts as needed.

Ability to pass a drug test (safety‑sensitive role).

Valid driver's license and a safe driving history.

Physical capability to work in confined spaces, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Able to distinguish colors used to identify wiring and underground utilities.

Ability to read and understand locate tickets, maps, and blueprints.

Excellent communication skills for interaction with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
