We are building a brand that is as operationally excellent as it is visually and experientially elevated, and this role is critical to making that happen.

Role Overview LumiVita is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented and strategic Brand Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing team. This role is responsible for translating vision into execution by ensuring that every campaign, partnership, and initiative is launched with clarity, precision, and consistency. You will act as the central liaison between leadership, creative teams, and external partners, making sure all moving pieces are aligned and fully accounted for. You will be responsible for tracking against budget and KPIs.

This is a highly execution‑focused role. Strategy, channel direction, and budget are defined by leadership — your role is to ensure seamless implementation, clear communication, and real‑time visibility and consistency across all marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Workstream Execution & Project Management

Own day‑to‑day execution of all marketing initiatives across digital, email, influencer, PR, events, partnerships, and out‑of‑home advertising

Build and maintain a centralized marketing calendar and execution tracker with corresponding KPIs

Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time with clearly defined milestones and ownership

Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to drive execution forward

Identify gaps, delays, or risks early and proactively resolve or elevate

Creative Briefing & Execution Support

Own intake of all marketing requests from leadership and stakeholders

Translate high‑level direction into clear, actionable creative briefs

Ensure all necessary inputs (copy, assets, references, specs, deadlines) are gathered before work begins

Serve as the primary liaison between business strategy and creative execution

Eliminate ambiguity so creative teams can execute efficiently with minimal revisions

Manage the approval across key stakeholders that include leadership, legal and location leads

Centralized Communication & Information Management

Act as the single source of truth for all marketing initiatives

Ensure all stakeholders have access to accurate, up‑to‑date information

Maintain organized documentation across campaigns, timelines, and assets

Proactively identify missing information and close gaps before they impact execution

Meeting Coordination & Accountability

Prepare agendas and lead weekly marketing syncs and project check‑ins

Capture clear notes, decisions, and action items

Assign ownership and ensure follow‑through across teams

Track outstanding tasks and proactively follow up to maintain momentum

Collateral & Production Management

Coordinate production of printed and physical marketing materials (in‑store, events, out‑of‑home)

Manage relationships with print vendors and production partners

Ensure assets are delivered on time and meet brand and quality standards

Maintain organized asset libraries and version control

Ensure compliance for in‑store executions

Vendor & Partner Coordination

Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, PR firms, influencers, and event partners

Be able to drive the conversation and challenge partners on behalf of the brand

Ensure deliverables, timelines, and expectations are met

Track outputs and elevate issues when needed

KPI Tracking & Performance Visibility

Build and maintain KPI dashboards across campaigns and channels

Track metrics such as leads, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, event performance, influencer ROI, and channel performance

Update metrics daily / weekly

Monitor performance vs. targets and flag variances

Surface performance trends and flag variances for leadership review with clear plans on how to iterate and improve

Reporting & Executive Communication

Lead weekly marketing report‑outs, including initiative status, campaign progress, KPIs, risks, and blockers

Deliver clear, structured, and actionable updates to leadership

Brand Execution & Quality Control

Working closely with our in‑house creative team, ensure all creative outputs align with LumiVita brand standards, tone, and positioning

Maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints — digital, physical, and in‑location

Ideal Candidate Profile

4–6+ years in marketing operations, project management, or brand management

Experience in consumer‑facing, service‑based businesses (wellness, fitness, beauty, hospitality, or med spa preferred)

Exceptionally detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously

Strong experience working closely with creative teams (design, content, production)

Analytical and KPI‑driven, with comfort tracking performance metrics

Proactive communicator who anticipates needs and solves problems before they arise

Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment

The pay range for this role is:

95,000 - 110,000 USD per year
