Job Description

We are seeking a Writer and Cultural Strategist to support the client’s Consumer Intelligence / Insights Lab. This role will serve as the voice behind the client’s flagship intelligence products, translating complex signal stacks—spanning social, search, news, surveys, podcasts, and cultural trends—into clear, executive‑ready narratives. The goal is to surface human truths, decode competitive dynamics, and help the client outmaneuver competitors across its AI and emerging technology product ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Synthesize always‑on consumer and market signals to decode shifts in belief, trust, anxiety, and adoption related to the client’s AI and technology products Analyze cross‑channel data (social, search, media, podcasts, surveys, brand data) from a consumer‑first perspective Partner closely with Analysts to uncover the “why” behind the “what” in weekly and monthly signals Write executive‑level intelligence reports that move beyond technical specifications to human and cultural meaning Skills and Requirements

5‑6 years of experience in trend forecasting, cultural analysis, or strategic planning, with a focus on technology and culture Proven ability to write clear, compelling content for executive and C‑suite audiences Strong data fluency, including experience working with:

Search trends Social listening Market and competitive intelligence Qualitative and quantitative survey data

Ability to synthesize complex inputs into concise, high‑impact narratives Comfort working at the intersection of consumer culture and AI‑driven or emerging technology products Experience supporting insights, strategy, or storytelling for AI platforms, digital products, or large‑scale technology ecosystems Strong point of view on technology friction points such as trust, safety, ethics, or environmental impact Experience using AI tools to wrangle or synthesize data while maintaining a distinct human voice Ability to translate highly technical concepts into culturally relevant, consumer‑grounded stories Demonstrated curiosity about how AI and technology shape behavior, belief systems, and cultural dynamics We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
