Service Concierge Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist service customers with check‑ins
Staging vehicles in the service repair area
Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments
Assist the service advisors with booking repair orders, following up with customers, walking customers to their vehicles, and performing ancillary duties that come with service writing
Other duties that may arise in the service department
Benefits and Compensation Commission‑based, up to $24 per hour.
