Growth Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

Own the overall growth strategy for AI products, covering key stages including acquisition, activation,retention,and conversion.

Break down business goals into actionable growth plans and define clear growth pathways. Identify growth opportunities through user behavior analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.

Design and iterate on growth strategies to continuously improve performance.

Contribute to product design from a growth perspective, optimizing user journeys and key conversion points.

Design and execute growth experiments(e.g.,A/B testing,strategy validation)to continuously improve core metrics.

Collaborate with paid acquisition,operations,and external partners to build an effective growth strategy mix.

Track industry trends and competitor strategies and continuously refine growth methodologies.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and participate in key business decisions to drive growth outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in product, growth, or operations; experience in growth strategy or product-led growth is preferred.

Strong understanding of the full growth funnel, with the ability to design and execute end-to-end growth strategies.

Data-driven mind set with strong analytical skills; able to break down problems, formulate strategies,and evaluate results based on data.

Solid business acumen, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable growth initiatives and continuously iterate.

Experience in at least one growth domain(e.g.,content growth,user operations,campaign strategy,or paid acquisition), with the ability to combine multiple approaches.

Strong experimentation mindset; able to independently design and execute experiments(e.g.,A/B testing)to validate hypotheses.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with product,engineering,and leadership teams.

Familiarity with AI or internet products; experience with international or global markets is a plus.
