Overview
Description of the role. The Service Concierge/ Driver at Terrebonne Ford in Houma, LA will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and organization of our service department.
Responsibilities
Pickup and Deliver customer vehicles to service dept.
Keep service drive clean and organized
Keep shop and grounds clean
Empty trash cans daily
Maintain and operate forklift
Maintain cleanliness of customer lounge and restrooms
Follow phone app to properly document trips
Assist service advisors as needed
Transport customer vehicles safely
Provide shuttle service to customers
Requirements
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Be prompt and on time due to scheduling
Maintain good attendance record
