
OSP Estimator

Responsibilities
Identifies bid opportunities and calculates the possible costs and gains of construction projects
Acquires an understanding of the requirements of the project from either job walks and/or prints and prepares job estimates
Reviews bids offered by subcontractors in order to choose the most cost‑effective option
Creates and executes work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identifies resources needed and communicates with management and/or employees.
Tracks project timelines, ensures productivity and organizes jobs.
Maintains ongoing contact with customers, promoting and developing excellent customer relations.
Monitors all work in progress for adherence to original estimates and/or budgets.
Evaluates completed work to ensure compliance with internal quality assurance standards.
Ensures job documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Minimizes company exposure and risk on jobs.
Works with other internal managers and personnel to ensure a smooth transition of information and documentation between departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Business development when applicable
Drive new business in areas outside of our existing work regions/footprint (i.e. Northern California, Arizona, etc.).
Supports growth within existing customer relationships by identifying follow‑on OSP opportunities and providing early‑stage estimating support for future work.
Qualifications & Skills Must be local to Southern CA and will be home base.
Experience Level Expert Level
Location & Employment Type This is a Permanent position based out of Corona, CA.
This is a fully onsite position in Corona, CA.
Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00/yr.
Salaried role (Range is $120K to $150K)
SECC covers 100% health/dental/vision for both EE & dependents.
They would also get vacation
