Founding GTM & Operations Lead
RamAIn (YC W26), San Francisco, CA, United States
RamAIn builds the world's fastest computer-use agents for enterprise work. We're a YC W26 company on a mission to eliminate repetitive, manual workflows by training AI agents that operate legacy systems, desktop apps, and web portals the same way humans do — but 10× faster and more reliably.
Role We're looking for a generalist to own go-to-market, early sales, and company operations as our first business hire. You'd be the third person working full-time on the company, working directly with the founders.
This is a good fit if you've done some combination of enterprise sales, startup operations, or early-stage marketing — and you're comfortable figuring things out without a playbook.
What You'll Own
Running outbound and managing our early enterprise sales pipeline end-to-end
Building and executing on marketing – content, positioning, partnerships, events
Managing the operational infrastructure of the company: vendors, hiring pipelines, finance, legal coordination
Representing RamAIn externally with customers, investors, and partners
Identifying what the founders should be spending less time on, and taking it off their plate
What We're Looking For
1–5 years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or early-stage startup operations
Comfortable owning a deal from first contact to close
Strong written communicator — you'll be writing a lot of outreach, proposals, and internal docs
Organized under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity
Genuine interest in AI and enterprise software
