Summary
The Target Analyst Reporter is responsible for synthesizing intelligence from a variety of sources to provide actionable products for our customers. This role focuses on prioritizing, assessing, and evaluating information obtained through both passive and active collection, as well as network analysis. Working under the guidance of senior personnel, you will integrate raw intelligence with collateral data to produce reports that inform national security decisions. This is an ideal role for an analyst with strong foundational SIGINT knowledge who is looking to refine their reporting expertise within a mission‑critical environment. Worker Type
Regular Responsibilities
Prioritize and evaluate information from active and passive collection and network analysis to create comprehensive intelligence products. Draft and refine intelligence reports, ensuring information is accurate, relevant, and formatted according to established policies. Use basic and advanced queries to locate reportable information within SIGINT and collateral repositories. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to determine report focus, assess reportability, and enhance product quality through multi‑source research. Respond to requests from management and external customers by combining data from multiple streams into clear, synthesized reports. Maintain a working knowledge of basic SIGINT reporting policies and procedures to ensure all activities meet strict regulatory standards. Qualifications
A minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) or U.S. Government (USG) military. At least two (2) years of total experience must have been gained within the last 5 years. Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories. Ability to perform research and pull information from multiple sources to create synthesized products. Basic understanding of SIGINT reporting policies and the ability to execute fundamental data queries. Strong written communication skills with a focus on technical or intelligence reporting. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. Clearance Level
Top Secret with Polygraph Salary Range
$125,000 - $196,875 ITAR Requirement
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR and EAR, or be approved for an export license. U.S. citizenship is required, and the applicant must be willing to work on government contracts and have the ability to obtain a security clearance. Benefits
