As a Management Consulting Manager within the Banking Consulting practice, you are a transformation leader who drives client engagements at the intersection of business strategy, technology enablement, and operational transformation. You lead teams to deliver data‑ and AI‑powered solutions, shape digital transformation roadmaps, and ensure that business goals and technology outcomes are aligned. You foster innovation, build trusted client relationships, and embed digital and AI capabilities across organisations. Lead client engagements that combine business strategy, technology enablement, and operational transformation Build and sustain trusted client relationships through insight‑driven recommendations Translate complex business problems into actionable AI and data‑driven use cases Design and implement data‑enabled operating models for retail banking Apply automation and AI to build intelligent workflows that optimise processes and customer experience Accelerate transformation via agile delivery and AI‑enabled solutions Partner with technology teams to shape and execute digital transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology outcomes Lead change management initiatives to embed digital and AI capabilities across organisations Collaborate across Accenture's ecosystem to deliver One Accenture value to clients What You Need
5+ years of experience in management consulting, consumer lending, mortgage lending, or core banking Demonstrated ability to be part of a team delivering complex projects Bachelor's degree Willingness to travel up to 80% (Monday‑Thursday) Bonus points for experience with agentic AI use‑case deployment or building AI agents for banking workflows Hands‑on exposure to generative AI solutions and prompt engineering Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures and data governance frameworks Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to innovate beyond traditional consulting approaches Proficiency in visual storytelling tools (PowerPoint, data visualization platforms) Compensation
