We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Corporate Relations Consultant
to support logistics, execution, and tracking of meetings between investment professionals and corporate executives, including C-suite leaders across the Americas.

The role includes event coordination, data management, CRM usage (GEMS or Salesforce), and direct interaction with high-level stakeholders such as CEOs, portfolio managers, and institutional research providers.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule meetings between investment professionals and corporate leadership Manage logistics for research trips, roadshows, site visits, and other investor-facing events Track meeting details, logistics, and touchpoints using internal CRM systems (GEMS/Salesforce) Maintain internal records for compliance, including agendas, briefing materials, and post-event summaries Market events internally and manage RSVPs across investment teams Prepare reports analyzing engagement trends and meeting activity Oversee onsite execution including AV setup, room configuration, and materials Perform detailed data entry and documentation for audit tracking and historical reference Research sectors and potential company targets relevant to investment themes
Required Skills and Experience: 3–5+ years of corporate event planning Ideally looking for someone with corporate access, investor relations coordination, or financial services event xsgimln management experience Strong background in event planning and high-volume logistics coordination Experience working with CRM/event systems such as GEMS or Salesforce Knowledge of institutional investment processes and capital markets (preferred) Familiarity with compliance requirements and accurate audit documentation Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and prep Able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
