Role Description National Leader – Sustainable Human Business Network (SHBN)
Build a new category of organizational performance.
Opportunity Most organizations are trying to perform in systems that no longer fit reality. They respond the only way they know: more initiatives, more pressure, more effort. But performance does not improve. Because performance is not a people problem. It is a system problem. SHBN exists to change that. We are building a global network to help organizations move from fragmented efforts to systems where performance emerges naturally — from how the organization actually works.
What this role really is This is not a traditional role. You are not joining to deliver predefined services. You are not here to sell isolated interventions. You are here to:
Build a market
Shape a new narrative
Create real business around system-level change in your country or region
What you will do
Establish SHBN in your market
Build relationships with senior leaders and organizations
Open conversations that challenge how performance is understood
Translate SHBN’s perspective into real business opportunities
Drive revenue and build a sustainable local business
Collaborate with the global SHBN network

Who you are
Has worked inside complex organizations (not just alongside them)
Understands how things look on paper vs how they actually work

Feels frustrated by traditional consulting approaches
Wants to build something that actually matters
