Garyville, LA ! The
Crew Leader / Foreman
is responsible for two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing and coordinating the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes responsibility for the proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion. Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting safely.
Promote HPC-Industrial’s safety, environmental and operations policies.
Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations.
Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions.
Train and develop equipment technicians (5% – HPC-Industrial equipment technicians).
Interact with customers professionally and exhibit excellent communication and human relation skills.
Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
Additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
Must be able to wear protective clothing or equipment (Nomex coveralls, back belts, slicker suits, rubber boots, fresh air breathing mask, escape pack, hard hat).
Work under extreme climate conditions (heat index 95+ °F, 98% humidity, subzero weather).
Survive exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, exhaust, highly pressurized fluids.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC).
Strong knowledge in operating equipment used in hydroblasting and vacuum trucks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment (preferred).

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this role. Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
