Our client, a leading organization in the fast-paced retail and food service industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Enterprise Transformation Specialist to join their team. As an integral part of the Strategy & Transformation department, you will support the execution of enterprise initiatives that drive strategic growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What’s the Job?
Own and manage the enterprise transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment across all initiatives within the Bird Comeback Plan.
Define and enforce planning standards, including objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics for each initiative.
Lead the transformation operating cadence, facilitating regular updates and progress reports from initiative leaders.
Identify cross-functional dependencies and proactively surface risks, delays, or scope gaps, recommending mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain tools, templates, and systems that enhance visibility, accountability, and execution discipline across projects.
What’s Needed?
3-5 years of experience in consulting, project management, transformation, or strategy roles.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with project management software such as Monday, Smartsheet, or Airtable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to work.
