Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will help patients achieve functional independence by implementing physical therapy programs, following individualized recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments in a compassionate, patient‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist patients in daily functional or therapeutic activities and maintain accurate documentation.

Follow direction from the Physical Therapist and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Use therapeutic modalities, exercise prescriptions, and assistive equipment to support patient progress.

Educate patients and families on home‑care strategies and safety guidelines.

Advocate for patient needs and refer to appropriate specialists or resources when required.

Maintain a safe, organized, and professional environment for patients and staff.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications 1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.

2. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

3. Strong communication skills and a patient‑focused mindset.

4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary and Compensation Posted Salary Range: USD $32.00 – $44.00 per hour.

Bonus: USD $15,000.00 (subject to qualification).
