The Human Resources Partner is a strategic, business‑minded HR professional dedicated to building strong partnerships and enhancing the caregiver experience within the Ministry. This role will play a pivotal part in driving caregiver engagement, supporting leadership, and fostering a positive work environment, all while advancing the Ministry’s mission and vision. By leveraging a blend of onsite and remote capabilities, this hybrid role provides a personalized, dedicated presence that builds strong relationships with caregivers and ensures seamless, high‑quality HR service delivery across the Ministry.

Position Details This hybrid role offers a blend of onsite and remote capabilities, enabling the HR Partner to maintain a dedicated presence and deliver seamless, high‑quality HR service across the Ministry.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field

Minimum Experience: Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Experience: Four (4) years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Preferred Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, SPHR)

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Knowledge of HR software and tools (e.g., Workday, Microsoft Teams).

Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities, with an aptitude for resolving issues efficiently.

High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to analyze data and metrics.

Approachable, empathetic, and solution focused.

Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Collaborative and team‑oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
