ADP is hiring an Accountant Channel Sales Representative.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Develop relationships with accounting firms through business partnerships, educate them on Human Resources Outsourcing solutions, implement a top‑down sales strategy, and run CPA experience meetings to close sales and reach sales goals.
Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: Help clients understand their needs, recommend the right solutions, earn referral business through networking, and forge partnerships with decision‑makers.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: Cross‑sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to accountants, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Positive Self‑Starter: Upbeat, persistent, follow‑up on leads, manage time well, prioritize deliverables, multi‑task, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone.
Strategic Closer: Established network, experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales, impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, managing territory and relationships.
Proven Winner: Ambitious spirit, thrive under pressure, motivate to hit and exceed sales quotas.
REQUIRED A college degree is great but not required. What matters most is having the skills to do the job. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience includes payroll experience, relationship sales experience, or HRO experience. Military experience is welcomed.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions. We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness program, short‑and long‑term disability, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days, vacation, paid volunteer time off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $56,100.00 – $121,500.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
