Overview As a Digital Marketing Strategy Intern, you will support a range of research-driven projects focused on understanding key markets, customer behavior, and online communities across social media platforms.
This role is project based and centered on helping the marketing team make more informed, data-driven decisions across multiple brands. Your work will contribute directly to how we approach content strategy, community engagement, and platform prioritization.
Responsibilities
With guidance, conduct research on target markets, customer segments, and industry trends
Analyze social media platforms to identify audience behavior, engagement patterns, and content opportunities
Evaluate online communities and competitor activity across digital channels
Support the development of insights that inform content strategy and campaign direction
Assist in identifying opportunities for growth across existing and emerging platforms
Organize findings into clear, structured outputs for the marketing team
Collaborate with Social Media and Content teams to align research with execution
Participate in project reviews and present key findings and recommendations

Curious, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a project‑based environment
The pay for this position is $20 hour. This range reflects what the company reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting. Where an individual’s pay falls within the range will depend on their skills, background, and performance.
