Job Description:

The Role Entegris is seeking a B2B Pricing Lead to join our Pricing team based at our site in Bedford, MA. If hired into this role, you can look forward to being a key member of the team that advances Entegris's pricing strategies through collaboration with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Product Teams. You will be a senior individual contributor role with cross‑functional influence, focused on supporting complex pricing decisions, ensuring smooth price implementation, continuous improvement of pricing and margins, and training our sales team on pricing tools.

What You'll Do

Lead end to end pricing initiatives by collaborating with Commercial, Finance, and Sales Operations for accurate price execution.

Identify optimization opportunities through data and deal analysis.

Lead and enhance commercial pricing tool deployment in line with business strategy.

Utilize AI for ongoing price engine improvements.

Train sales teams on pricing logic and tools to ensure consistent use and discipline.

Support large deals with scenario modeling, deal structuring, and margin analysis.

Refine pricing processes and best practices.

Track pricing performance metrics and report insights.

Support additional commercial initiatives as needed.

What We Seek

6-10 years in pricing, commercial strategy, finance, or similar role

Hands‑on experience with complex pricing environments and pricing tools

Experience in a unit driven manufacturing industry

Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with commercial teams in order to drive strong outcomes

Advanced Excel, PowerBI, CoPilot (or other AI) skills; Commercial ERP experience and experience with pricing software preferred

Strong analytical and financial skills; ability to turn data into insights.

Comfort managing ambiguity and making evidence‑based recommendations.

Ability to build influence across functions without direct authority.

Effective communicator and educator.

Detail‑oriented with broad commercial awareness.

Benefits

Compensation:

$108,000 – $135,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate’s overall skills for the role
