Role Description We are seeking a full-time Property Manager with excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills. This role manages multiple properties and works with a team of maintenance, leasing, and support staff. Responsibilities include budgets and financial reporting, tenant relations and retention, lease administration, property condition and maintenance oversight, and marketing and leasing skills. Knowledge of property management industry standards and regulations including Fair Housing is essential.

Essential Functions

Supervise maintenance and leasing staff

Manage apartment turnovers and vendors at multiple locations

Inspect properties and utilize staff and systems to maintain conditions within budgets

Maintain positive relationships with owner clients, tenants, and residents

Provide exceptional service to customers, prospects, tenants, residents, and owners

Manage maintenance submissions and gather estimates for projects and repairs

Create and manage property budgets and financial reports

Manage move‑in and move‑out processes

Perform administrative office work

Manage delinquencies and violations

Perform market research to inform and direct leasing and marketing efforts

Prepare security deposit reconciliations

Contribute to training, support and growth of team members as needed

Comply with Fair Housing and all other regulations and applicable housing laws

Qualifications and Requirements

Commitment to excellent customer service

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to efficiently multi‑task

Able to use good judgment and work with minimum supervision

Minimum three years of property manager experience

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with real estate management software and apps
