Overview
Greek-speaking Customer Service Consultant — We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment. We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers. Responsibilities
Provide technical support to equipment users. Diagnose and resolve technical problems. Provide information on products and their functionality. Enter requests into the system. Typing quickly on a computer keyboard. Requirements
Fluency in Greek. Very good command of English. Basic knowledge of household appliances (e.g., refrigerator, washing machine, TV). Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard. Availability for at least 120 hours per month; project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00; Saturday 8:00–14:00. Work details
We recruit remotely. Remote options available with potential hybrid arrangements after training and performance review. What we offer
Civil contract with a rate: If you choose hybrid mode: PLN 49.00 gross/h; If you choose full remote mode: PLN 44.00 gross/h. Bonus system: after reaching tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross. Equipment provided to work from home. Flexible collaboration schedule.
