
Social Media Manager

Established, Inc is seeking a talented, driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for a passionate storyteller who thrives in digital environments and has a strong interest in social media and content creation. You’ll play a key role in helping shape how the US Brands of established, inc (RCA, Victor, Acoustic Research, Technicolor) and our licensed products show up online, from capturing photo and video content to managing social media calendars to analyzing what’s working and what’s not.
This is a hybrid position based in the Jacksonville, FL area, requiring some travel.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage content across social media and brand websites.
Build and maintain an engaging content calendar.
Capture and edit short-form video and product photography for brand use.
Monitor social channels and respond to comments/inquiries as needed.
Track performance analytics and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with internal teams and external web agencies to ensure content is aligned and up to date.
Support digital campaigns with creative content, including graphics and layouts
Assist in photo/video shoot planning, execution, and editing.
Maintain shared content libraries and equipment.
Stay current with digital trends and tools in social, SEO, and content marketing.
Travel for content capture, events, and partner activations (U.S. and International)
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – a Bonus but not required.
Proven experience creating measurable growth on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
Strong content creation skills (video, photography, basic design)
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
Understanding of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and insights from social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Excellent written communication and visual storytelling skills.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
Candidate MUST have a portfolio. Any submissions without a portfolio or links to content will not be considered.
