Requires the Series 7 & 63 and MUST also be Bilingual Spanish.

You’ll engage financial advisors, position investment strategies, and actively build a pipeline, playing a key role in territory growth rather than functioning in a purely reactive support capacity. The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, with clear visibility to senior sales leadership and a defined path toward an External Wholesaler role.
Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of financial services or sales experience, hold their Series 7 & 63. A competitive mindset, coachability, and consistency on the phone are critical.
