Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, transformative leader to serve as the Director, Field Reimbursement Management for Nephrology and Rare Disease. This role will lead a team of HCP-facing Field Reimbursement Managers, ensuring optimal patient access and reimbursement support for our specialty products through providing education on various payer processes. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Field Reimbursement Managers and/or manage vendor-owned FRMs
Establish and implement comprehensive Patient Access and Affordability Strategies
Drive post-prescribing performance through strategic planning and execution
Ensure compliance adherence through in-field visits, call and case monitoring, aligning operations with legal requirements
Develop and implement program enhancements aligned with Brand and Sales leadership goals
Partner with Managed Markets and other matrix partners to address market challenges
Foster a culture of employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient access and affordability strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
8+ years of experience in healthcare
5+ years in a leadership role
Preferred
Advanced degree
Proven track record in transformational leadership
Strong background in reimbursement, access, and affordability for specialty medications
Deep understanding of reimbursement processes, payer policies, and healthcare
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance reimbursement regulations
Experience with specialty injectable/infusible medicines and their unique market dynamics
Familiarity with drug acquisition and dispensing in the specialty pharmaceutical space
Experience in training and developing teams on complex reimbursement topics
Understanding of the 'Buy and Bill' model and specialty pharmacy operations
Travel Requirement
Willingness to travel up to 70% within the assigned region (West Region) Competencies

Minimum $186,489.00 - Maximum $278,875.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting pay for individuals who are hired in the role to perform in the United States.
