Title
Sales & Revenue Operations Analyst
About eMed
eMed is a pioneering digital-health leader built on its Empathetic AI™ Population Health Platform. Our primary mission is to provide large employers, state/federal governments, unions, and payers with unique healthcare solutions aimed at reducing obesity, improving employee health, and lowering company healthcare costs. Our integrated GLP‑1 medication weight management program utilizes state‑of‑the‑art at‑home blood collection kits and connected clinical telehealth services to screen, onboard, and manage qualified candidates, ensuring medication adherence and effective management of side effects through continuous telehealth support.
About the Role
eMed is seeking a Sales & Revenue Operations Analyst to serve as both a strategic thought partner and a financial engine for our Sales and Commercial teams. This dual‑focus role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations and Deal‑Desk Finance — combining rigorous financial modeling and analytical horsepower with the cross‑functional coordination and deal‑strategy expertise needed to win complex, high‑value enterprise opportunities.
You will partner directly with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and the broader commercial organization to own the financial underpinning of deals (pricing models, ROI analyses, proposal economics) while simultaneously quarterbacking RFP/RFI responses and ensuring eMeds pipeline is healthy, visible, and moving forward. If you thrive in ambiguity, love solving commercial puzzles, and want to directly shape how a digital health company scales its revenue engine, this role is for you.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll partner directly with Account Executives and Sales leadership as a strategic advisor on deal pursuits. You’ll also work closely with Product, Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Finance to pull together the cross‑functional expertise needed to win complex enterprise deals.
What You’ll Do
Deal Strategy & RFP Coordination
Partner with Account Executives to develop strategic win plans and deal narratives for high‑value enterprise opportunities
Own the end‑to‑end coordination of RFP and RFI responses, ensuring submissions are compelling, accurate, and delivered on time
Serve as a subject‑matter expert (SME) to the sales team on specific deal situations — providing product, clinical, and operational context that helps advance complex buyer conversations
Quarterback cross‑functional deal teams, aligning stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Clinical, Legal, and Finance to meet tight deal timelines
Create high‑impact sales presentations, deal memos, and competitive positioning materials that differentiate eMed in the market
Own pre‑call planning and stakeholder mapping for key accounts, ensuring Sales is fully prepared for every critical meeting
Feed field insights back to Product and Marketing to strengthen eMeds go‑to‑market strategy and competitive positioning
Financial Modeling & Deal Economics
Build customized financial models and ROI analyses for prospective employer clients, demonstrating the economic value of eMeds health benefit offerings
Partner with Sales to support the development of client proposals and data‑driven pricing strategies
Build utilization‑based sensitivity models to assess cost variability under different member usage scenarios
Perform breakeven analyses based on employer‑specific inputs (population size, demographics, utilization assumptions)
Create risk‑based financial models for capitated or fixed‑fee benefit structures
Develop and refine sales collateral, including financial summaries, value propositions, and cost‑benefit analyses
Support RFP responses with detailed financial and utilization assumptions
Pipeline Management & Revenue Operations
Work with Sales to assess pipeline health, identify stalled opportunities, and develop action plans to progress deals through each stage of the sales cycle
Own Salesforce hygiene — ensuring rep‑level data quality, pipeline accuracy, and stage progression are consistently maintained
Support the development of sales forecasts, territory budgets, and performance targets
Prepare and distribute regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and key KPIs
Analyze variances between actuals and budget/forecast and provide actionable insights to leadership
Perform customer segmentation analysis to identify high‑value prospects and market opportunities
Ensure alignment between financial assumptions used in sales processes and internal financial planning
What We Are Looking For
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3–6+ years of experience spanning financial analysis/FP&A and deal strategy, sales operations, revenue operations, or management consulting
Experience supporting sales teams or commercial functions in a fast‑paced, B2B environment
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets)
Proven ability to manage RFP/RFI processes and coordinate cross‑functional teams under tight deadlines
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills — you can build a compelling deck, write a sharp deal memo, and tailor messaging for different audiences
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop subject‑matter depth on eMeds platform, products, and competitive landscape
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, digital health, health benefits, or enterprise B2B sales environments
Familiarity with capitated pricing models, risk‑based contracting, or employer health benefit economics
Exposure to CRM and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience building ROI models or supporting pricing strategy in a healthcare or SaaS context
