Program Overview
This is a paid 9‑week hybrid internship (June 15‑August 14) based in New York City, with a 4‑day work week and no exceptions.
Responsibilities
Record meeting notes and distribute them after client meetings.
Assist with projects to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
Support the Account Management team through the creative and production process.
Gain hands‑on account management experience with a 360 campaign production.
Collaborate with Account Management, Project Management, Strategy, Production, Creative, and Media teams.
Help set up a pilot program for Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) Video.
Maintain the client production budget tracker.
Qualifications
Passion for marketing and advertising.
Problem‑solving mentality and collaborative spirit.
Strong organization and time‑management skills.
Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
Attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships with team members.
Education
Rising college/university senior or 2026 graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
Previous internships are a plus.
