A growing manufacturing division is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account expansion. This role is focused on representing custom fabrication capabilities across a regional territory, identifying opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment between client needs and manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities
Develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers across a multi-state territory Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach Understand customer needs and align them with internal fabrication and manufacturing capabilities Partner with engineering and estimating teams to support quoting and project execution Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Contribute to sales forecasting, territory planning, and overall growth strategy Represent the company professionally in meetings, site visits, and industry events Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and customer engagement efforts Monitor account performance and ensure alignment with profitability objectives Travel throughout the region to support business development and customer relationships Qualifications & Requirements
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of achieving or exceeding targets Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical manufacturing capabilities Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage a territory and prioritize activities effectively Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams Willingness to travel regularly within a 500-mile radius of Omaha Compensation & Benefits
