With a presence in over 30 countries, our client provides high-quality, professional digital signage templates that make screen communication effortless for resellers, system integrators, and CMS providers.

Following a period of significant international success, they are now looking for an experienced

Account & Business Development Manager

to spearhead their expansion across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The Role This position is a unique hybrid of traditional account management and proactive business development. Rather than simply chasing one-off sales, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the DACH partner network. On one hand, you will act as a dedicated consultant for existing partners, ensuring they are fully engaged with the platform and helping them maximise their own sales potential. On the other, you will be the entrepreneurial force behind the brand’s growth, identifying and onboarding new resellers and distributors who can benefit from a market-leading content solution.

You will have the autonomy to develop and execute a regional strategy that aligns with the company’s creative and innovative values. This involves more than just sitting behind a desk; you will be the face of the brand at major industry trade shows and events, cultivating deep-rooted relationships with key decision-makers across the AV sector.

What we are looking for The ideal candidate is someone who is already a known entity within the DACH digital signage or AV landscape. We are looking for a professional with a "black book" of contacts and a proven track record in channel sales or partner acquisition. Because you will be navigating a variety of stakeholders, you must be a sophisticated communicator, capable of negotiating at a high level in both

German and English .

This role suits a self‑motivated individual who thrives in a results‑oriented environment. You should be someone who enjoys the challenge of building a territory from the ground up while maintaining the meticulous attention to detail required to keep existing accounts thriving.

The Partnership This is a modern, flexible assignment designed for a high‑performer who values autonomy. You will benefit from a hybrid working model that allows you to balance home‑based strategic work with travel for essential client meetings and industry events. The schedule is approximately 40 hours per week, offering a competitive fee structure that reflects your experience and the impact you bring to the region.

We have up to circa €80k basic + benefits package.
