Key Demand Partnerships Director This strategic operator role is responsible for architecting and executing Digital Turbine’s approach to its most valuable 3rd‑party demand and PMP enablement platform partners (~top 15). The role functions as a GM of a high‑value partner portfolio, defining where and how DT wins across the programmatic ecosystem, and driving that strategy into measurable revenue, demand generation initiatives and supply differentiation outcomes. The director will bring top‑tier strategic rigor (BCG/Bain/McKinsey‑style problem structuring, market mapping, hypothesis‑driven planning) combined with hands‑on execution – personally driving initiatives from concept through deployment and impact.
Strategic Architecture & Partner Portfolio Ownership
Create and drive the joint strategy across DT’s top DSP partners
Build hypothesis‑driven Partner Development Plans (PDPs) and Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
Translate ecosystem trends into actionable strategies and subsequent monetization of DT product assets
Lead strategy through to execution (operator mindset)
Drive operationalization of strategy end‑to‑end
Own execution from idea to measurable impact
Elevate DT’s positioning within the partner ecosystems partner by partner
Executive‑Level Influence & Commercial Leadership
Build and manage relevant senior relationships and tangibly influence partner roadmaps
Negotiate and operationalize high‑impact commercial agreements
Cross‑functional leadership & value engineering
Align solutions architecture, tech services & product to the needs of the high‑value partners
Ensure execution ladders up to strategic outcomes at speed
Leverage an enterprise‑level approach to maximize the total economic value within each partnership
About You – Key Demand Partnerships Director
8+ years in digital advertising/programmatic
Strong strategic and operator mindset
Strong project management skills
Deep understanding of DSP/SSP/PMP ecosystem
Proven ability to drive measurable results

Compensation & Benefits We are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. The salary range for this position is
$188,925–$277,090 , based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including stock options, unlimited PTO, and a performance‑based bonus.
